Hey Good People,

 Just back from a little R & R, followed by a pair of solo shows in southern Maine, and a quick set at the HayDown HoeDown, a benefit for the Rollinsford community gardens.....a beautiful day and weekend. It's hard to believe August is coming to a close already! I was staring to get hints of sadness as I usual do towards the end of the summer.....but with a forecast in the 90's all week, and plenty of summer left with outdoor shows........I snapped to. Here's a list of some great, outdoor Truffle shows still remaining.....starting with the Gaslight Deck in Portsmouth, NH...this Friday, 9/3.

Also: Vintage & Vine at Strawberry Banke - 9/11 - Portsmouth, NH / The Deerfield Fair - 9/30 - Deerfield, NH.

I will be doing a pair of outdoor/deck shows in Wakefield, RI on 9/18 at Java Madness & Hanson's with Dave Moretti.

The Little River Fest is scheduled for 9/25 in Lee, NH, but details are still TBA.

And for a look ahead......not quite outdoors, but a very cool show:

 3rd annual Womenade Benefit on 10/2 in Durham, NH. Truffle, Bliss and more.

My first time in to Allison's.........playing music anyway. I've been to eat many times at this K-port institution. It's right on the main drag in beautiful downtown Kennebunkport. It's the height of the holiday season leading up to Labor Day, so there should be plenty of action. Come join me, and help me break it in right. Hopefully they will continue with live music in the off season. I'd love to see some of my Maine contingent.

After a few months away, I return to this cozy, rustic venue just in time to catch a bit of the summer crowd. Great gals working here, and tasty food too. A nice relaxed hang.

Our last time in here back in July, we had a blast! It was great to see so many different factions enjoying an evening with Truffle outdoors. After years of not playing at the Gaslight, we are back and the vibe is feeling good. Folks were concerned about the no dancing policy (hard to believe eh?), but new manager Eddie Day assures us it's all good. So join us in downtown Portsmouth on Labor Day weekend. In the event of rain....PLEASE CALL the number above BEFORE YOU HAUL. With wacky rain cancellations this summer, we don't want to see anyone wasting travel time.

Once again, Petey will do double duties on percussion and drums while we do our acoustic / electric hybrid. It's always a good time at the Parka, and Labor Day weekend should be no exception. It's our only show in the valley on the books right now, so don't miss out. Steaks & Grooves!
